What is Personal Training like, with Evori?

You have to understand that there isn't a way that requires no physical effort. Ultimately, no fat removal surgery or slimming pills can substitute for "moving" your body more often. People these days have to understand that by simply "moving" more and eating "healthily", fitness and health can be improved. And THAT is the cheapest, most effective, and MOST natural way of EVER achieving lifelong fitness and well-being!

Living in a high-tech modern society today, we modernized people have 2 things to RE-learn from our primitive ancestors: How to move and how to eat. That's right... we can't hide from the fact that the majority of our physical state of fitness and motor-skills have deteriorated significantly because we have forgotten how to "move" and have been spoilt with endless unhealthy food choices these days.

Our personal training involves utilizing natural methods to achieve fitness-related goals. Think of every natural movement you can think of: From lifting odd-objects, to running, to climbing, to jumping, to swimming, to protecting yourself in close combat situation.

No matter what your fitness goals are (Eg; I want to lose fat, I want to gain muscle), we utilize and implement these natural methods into your training in order to achieve your goals. We also believe in setting a foundation. With this foundation, you will be more well-balanced physically, and you will also reach your goals much more effectively.

When we train you, we want you to understand why your training is set the way it is, and how it benefits you. We want YOU to understand the whole concept of the training. No point just doing the exercise and not know how everything plays a part and work together to help reach your goals right?

With our system of Personal Training, we also take into account of your preference and lifestyle. We will propose a plan that is most suited for you.

1] Flexibility of training venue
We conduct PT sessions based on your preference, and/or training requirement(s). We typically use the following types of locations:
a] Condominium facilities
b] Residential houses/apartments
c] Neighborhood parks
d] Sports stadiums
e] Neighborhood "fitness corners"
f] Private gyms (Click here to view the list of private gyms we use)

2] Flexibility of PT session(s) booking
Let us know what are your preferred date/time for your PT training. We will try our best to accommodate to your requests. For better bookings, we highly recommend that you set fixed days/time slots for your training routine. Bookings are directly handled and managed by Glen Poh (Fitness Director).

3] Who will be your trainer?
Glen Poh (Fitness Director) is in charge of everything related to Personal Training in Evori. Please read his credentials here. Occasionally there may be times whereby Glen is not able to conduct PT session(s) on certain dates for his clients - He will pass those PT sessions for his "Fitness Trainer Reserves" to conduct, but under his planning and supervision.
