SWIMMING.

No matter what your age, it is never too late to start.
Are you completely clueless about swimming?
Have you never stepped into water above you waist before?

Swimming is an important skill, and we strongly believe everyone should be able to swim... Who knows..? Maybe one day (of course we wish that day never happens), having the ability to swim could save your life!

During our "Hunter-gatherer" times, swimming is an essential skill to have. Swimming can be used for many practical purposes too, apart from giving yourself a good workout.

Think of this imaginary scenario: You're shipwrecked in the middle of the sea... Or your plane crashed and you've got thrown into the open waters. The nearest shore is a few hundred meters away from you. Wouldn't it be nice to have the ability to swim across that distance, or at least know how to thread water long enough for a lifeboat to rescue you?

Besides those, other practical uses include:
-To save someone.
-To cross a river to the other side.

Other reasons for you to get into swimming:
1] An important life skill
2] An alternative exercise to supplement your workout/training
3] Learn how to swim for your "Triathlon"
4] You suffer from "bad joints" and you need an exercise that is suitable for you to do at the moment.
5] You want to train/workout around any injury without affecting it. (eg; ankle sprains).
6] For improving your general health and fitness
7] To pick it up as your sport.
8] To cool down in the hot sun! To have fun!
