This Parkour workshop was organised by Ashton Law (Founder of "Ashton's Movement Agency" www.ashtonmovements.com), with the joint effort of the more experienced Parkour practitioners in Singapore (www.le-parkour.sg).
It is the Singapore Parkour community's non-profit contribution of introducing and guiding the art of Parkour, to the newcomers.
As a Parkour practitioner himself (6 years of training), our Co-owner of Evori: Glen (GPJ), had the pleasure of contributing to this workshop by sharing his knowledge of warming up and conditioning specifically for Parkour.
